Position Overview: We're looking for a Product Manager to own our core platform domain end-to-end. You'll drive the product development from ideation through development to launch and customer adoption, ensuring every feature delivers real value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• ‍Product Strategy and Roadmap:‍
  
  • Refine the product vision and roadmap based on deep market understanding, customer feedback, and company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate market insights into clear product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver the highest impact for customers and drive business value.
  • Participate in product ideation and planning sessions, offering research-based recommendations that reflect both customer priorities and market demands.

• Customer and Market Engagement:
  
  • Engage with customers and partners to gather insights on their pain points, needs, and use cases.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for Tonic to differentiate and grow.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer feedback directly informs product direction and feature prioritization.
  • Build strong relationships with customer and industry leaders to stay ahead of evolving security challenges and to position Tonic as a leading solution in the market.
  • Act as a product advocate externally, presenting at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to promote the vision and value of Tonic’s solutions.
  • Lead customer-facing initiatives, including demos, roadmap presentations, and post-launch engagement activities, to ensure ongoing alignment with user needs.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  • Work with the marketing team to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure they have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to drive adoption and retention.
  • Work with R&D to ensure the technical feasibility and execution of prioritized product features.

• Product Performance:
  
  • Regularly monitor product performance and user adoption, identifying key areas of success and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on product management experience, ideally in enterprise B2B software
• Background in cybersecurity - experience with security concepts and products, vulnerability management, or security operations
• Technical aptitude and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to convey complex concepts clearly
• Results-oriented with a "get things done" attitude and sharp focus on execution
• Sense of ownership and ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
