The Role

We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team in New York City. This role is ideal for someone who loves being a generalist and wants to grow across Finance, GTM, and Operations. You’ll report to the Head of Business Operations to drive critical initiatives that power our next phase of growth.

In this role, you will:

• Execute Cross-functional Strategic Initiatives: Project manage and coordinate partnership efforts, community programs, product launches, and operational improvement projects; get to work across Finance, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Support Financial Operations: Play a key role in maintaining Flox’s financial engine. Partner with leadership on the operating model, cost optimization, reporting, accounting and treasury management. Dive into financial analyses and reporting cadences that inform company decisions.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, build lightweight automations, and manage internal tools to make our team more efficient. Establish repeatable, data-driven reporting systems that enhance visibility and accountability.
• Community Engagement: Play a hands-on role in expanding and activating our developer communities through events, programs, and collaborations that connect builders and partners.
• Spin-up Strategic Opportunities: Evaluate, structure and manage new opportunities within the developer and AI ecosystems.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Bring 3+ years of experience in a business-focused role such as banking, consulting, startup operations, or a related field.
• Have exposure to technology and coding, with enough understanding to grasp our product and customers, work comfortably with analytical tools, and build lightweight internal automations. Experience in developer tooling / infrastructure / SaaS required.
• Excel at project management, being analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work across multiple functions.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities and collaborating effectively across teams.
• Are eager to grow into leadership opportunities across business operations, finance, or strategy.
• Are excited to work in person with the Flox team in New York City.

Salary: $125K-$165K with equity upside.
