As our first Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, making a high volume of calls, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Requirements

  • 1+ year of successful sales experience in Sales or as Business Development Representative (SDR) in a software or SaaS company.
  • Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work US hours
  • You're passionate about growing into a career in sales and focused on self-development and excellence.
  • A true hunter mentality – You thrive on outbound prospecting and love closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment.
  • Dynamic, high energy, and very strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Make a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously learn about our AI solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
