With 20 employees and a recent $6M seed round, the company leverages large language models (LLMs) alongside proprietary technology that learns and optimizes internal business processes, significantly enhancing the efficiency and profitability of customer service operations.We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and results-driven Strategic Head of sales to join our passionate team.You will lead Tymely's sales efforts, reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
  • A solid foundation in the theory or academic principles of B2B sales, negotiation, and sales processes.
  • Rapid learning ability and adaptability to new challenges.
  • Agile mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy.
  • Take a hands-on approach to implementing the strategy, including prospecting and closing deals.
  • Manage and grow a team of SDRs (starting with 1), ensuring they are effectively generating leads and supporting the sales process.
  • Work closely with SDRs to optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes, ensuring a structured and efficient sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align efforts, ensuring seamless lead generation and conversion to support sales targets.
  • Oversee the development of a sales pipeline, including identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving growth in key markets.
  • Regularly report sales performance and progress to company leadership.
  • Apply data-driven approaches to sales tactics, including A/B testing and iterative improvements.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics to refine the sales strategy and adapt to market conditions.
