The position:

We are looking for a top talented Linux Administrator to join our fast-growing team!

You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our Linux distributed computing environment across multiple National General data centers.

You will troubleshoot server errors, install new system hardware, create Bash and python scripts and automation So if you are creative, dedicated and appreciate challenges and aren't afraid to travel – then your place is with us!

A day in the life:

• Operations and maintenance of IT systems
• Planning and implementation of store IT projects
• Performance tuning, hardening and optimization of Linux OS
• OS Image management including configuration and maintenance packages under Linux
• Configure and verify system updates
• Support on-premises and cloud base environments
• Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks
• Design and support our network systems and infrastructure
• Configure and operate switches L2&L3
• Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis
• finding ways to improve the way the system works 
• creating and using automation tools and scripts to automate daily based works 
• writing guides and KBs to the Operation department

You bring to the table:

• At least 2 years of experience as Linux Administrator
• Experience working with LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, SSH, NTP, SNMP, RADIUS, etc.
• Experience implementing, administrating and troubleshooting network devices
• At least 1 year of experience with scripts using Ptyhon/Bash/Powershell
• Experience with K8S, cloud environment (GCP)
• Excellent English written and oral
