AI is new and is changing the world. AI driven coding assistants are one of the only AI use cases that have demonstrated real, measurable value and are taking off like wildfire. The Tabnine Enterprise sales team is tasked with hunting for new Enterprise clients, working closely with Marketing on various initiatives to grow and progress pipeline, while ensuring Tabnine customers and prospects understand the value of Tabnine’s AI coding assistant.

We are looking for a metrics-driven sales leader to establish and run a team of inside sales and SDRs for Tabnine globally. The ideal candidate will have SDLC experience, proven excellence in running metrics-driven sales teams, a proven track record of global recruiting and mentoring, and be a great teammate. The role will immediately manage a team, but will also be expected to play a player-coach role as we define the impact this team can have across the Tabnine Enterprise GTM motions. This role will report directly to the CRO.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard and continually mentor the team
  • Own the complete sales process for accounts in the assigned segment
  • Overachieve the revenue and pipeline goals
  • Own your weekly sales forecast and various business outcomes to senior management
  • Continual Win/loss analysis so we can iterate towards success.
  • Improve and maintain CRM structure and data.
  • Team with the engineering/product, pre-sales, post-sales, and marketing teams
  • Build trust with customer stakeholders and develop a “trusted advisor” status.

Requirements

Requirements

  • A deep knowledge of the software development life cycle is required. It is even better if you have a software engineering background.
  • A true desire to see customers benefit from the investment they make with you and Tabnine
  • Experience selling into large organizations / Global 2000
  • Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for success
  • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, driven and results oriented
  • Hustle, Heart, Humility. We are in a startup…so hustling is the default behavior. Selling new tech into new customers takes heart and persistence. Humility is expected…so check your ego and office politics at the door.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with products for developers or other technical users.
  • Experience working with Cloud (AWS, GCP, or others) - a big plus.
