Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, Lead generation management and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the company's website content and ensure it is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to customer inquiries and comments.

Lead Generation Management:

  • Driving our lead generation campaigns
  • Generating new leads to increase brand awareness
  • Creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs
  • Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers
  • Managing our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth
  • Maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources
  • Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports

Event Marketing:

  • Assist in the planning and promotion of company events, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Manage event logistics, including registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Support the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies in Marketing roles - Must
  • Experience in HR Tech - Strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns that have driven business growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Pardot - Must have! , Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Salesforce experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to improve campaign performance

Location : NY, NY (Hybrid)

Salary Range : 85-100K
