We are looking for Data Scientist (Hybrid Mode) to our Retrain.ai Team in Tel Aviv

Are you a visionary Data Scientist passionate about leading cutting-edge research and implementing innovative solutions in a production environment? If you have a proven track record of developing algorithms in a fast-paced environment, a knack for NLP, and the ability to inspire your colleagues, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct advanced data science research, focusing on automatic knowledge-based understanding, entity recognition, and NLP models like state-of-the-art transformers.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, data engineers, software developers, product specialists, and researchers to solve complex problems.
• Take ownership of major building blocks of the world's first multi-dimensional people-skills-jobs AI product.
• Lead selected initiatives, and take ownership of the end-to-end agile process, from ideation to production-grade implementation, constantly improving the company’s products.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data science projects.

Requirements:

• MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience as a data scientist.
• Experience in deep neural networks, especially in transformer architecture and graph embeddings.
• Full proficiency with open-source ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Advanced Python skills with a hands-on attitude towards problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, and a collaborative mindset.

Advantages:

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and Generative AI ecosystems.
