Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team at retrain.ai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus on creating and implementing effective strategies across various online channels. A significant advantage of this role is experience in event management, as the candidate will contribute to planning and executing both virtual and in-person events.

*Base salary: 65,000 - 75,000

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance retrain.ai's online presence.
  • Implement SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Lead the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Manage logistics, promotion, and participant engagement for successful event outcomes.
  • Create and optimize digital content for various channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and impactful marketing materials.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Generate reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to align digital marketing and event strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and brand building.
  • Significant advantage: Experience in event management, including planning and executing both virtual and in-person events.
  • Familiarity with Explainable AI or SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
