We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist passionate about building and scaling our organization.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional partner who can handle a broad spectrum of HR duties to support our growth. This role involves recruiting top talent , optimizing HR processes, promoting a positive work culture, and contributing to the development of our employees.

This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who's eager to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization. This role reports to the Chief of People.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
  • Take a dominant part in talent acquisition efforts to meet the hiring goals of Nimble.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying hiring needs, conducting interviews and assessing candidates, to onboarding new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Employee relations and engagement
  • Manage employees lifecycle, Onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Oversee and administer HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee development.
  • Provide strategic partnership to team leaders, and ensure alignment to organization strategy, values and principles.
  • Provide HR guidance on various personnel matters and manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of company-wide strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Work closely with the Chief of People in drafting and revising HR policies and providing policy guidance.
  • Identify and deliver training across the organization. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in different HR roles, in global tech start-up companies, experienced high growth environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent acquisition roles, hired for both tech and GTM positions.
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, including compensation, organizational changes, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Experience in a global environment - providing HR support to global leaders and teams, while collaborating with global HR functions
  • Thorough knowledge of benefits administration and employment related laws and regulations at both state and federal levels
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment. Works well with ambiguity and knows when to make judgment calls
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities , resourceful and get things done.
  • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization, providing coaching and mentorship.
  • BA or MA in HR or a related field
