Product UX Designer
Lumida
About Us
Lumida is an innovative cybersecurity startup redefining how organizations manage security risk through agentic AI. Our platform acts as a digital team member for security teams—ingesting contextual data from dozens of tools and environments, reasoning over risk, and driving decisions around prioritization, remediation, and strategy.
We’re solving deeply complex enterprise problems, building from the ground up with AI-native design, and turning decades of noisy vulnerability data into high-impact, action-ready insights.
About the Role
We're looking for a UX/Product Designer to help shape the interface of our agentic AI platform—built for security teams operating in high-stakes, high-noise environments. You’ll own the design of flows that span vulnerability triage, remediation planning, and contextual decision support. Your work will define how our users interact with autonomous agents, AI-suggested plans, and dynamic threat insights.
This role is ideal for someone who’s designed enterprise software at scale and deeply understands the workflows of technical users—security analysts, penetration testers, and vulnerability management leads.
What You’ll Do
-
Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity workflows involving LLMs, vulnerability data, and remediation actions
-
Translate abstract agent outputs (plans, priorities, risk tradeoffs) into clear, trust-building experiences
-
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and security SMEs to define end-to-end user journeys
-
Drive consistency across AI-generated UI patterns, including dialog flows, action recommendations, and remediation steps
-
Conduct user research with enterprise security teams to validate and iterate on design decisions
-
Work closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and performance

Strong at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, able to collaborate closely across teams and bring ideas all the way to production.
-
Proven experience owning and scaling design systems, including component architecture, patterns, and consistency across products
-
Fluency in designing for dense information environments, ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and decision support
-
Expert-level Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, tokens) and strong collaboration with engineering on implementation
-
Strong user-centered design approach, translating user needs, research insights, and product signals into clear UX decisions
-
Strong product thinking and domain understanding, able to grasp complex concepts and align UX with product strategy
-
Comfortable designing with AI concepts and tools, including AI-assisted workflows and AI-driven product experiences
-
Strong advantage: Prior work in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or penetration testing tools
-
Strong UI craft and visual design judgment, able to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented interfaces and contribute to marketing-facing visuals while maintaining a cohesive brand and product experience
Nice-to-Have
-
Experience designing AI-augmented products (planning, ranking, summarization, explanation, human-in-the-loop)
-
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, CVSS, or exploit scoring systems
-
Exposure to tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Qualys, Rapid7, or Tenable from a product design perspective
-
Understanding of enterprise RBAC models and multi-tenant UI challenges
