We’re looking for a Head of Developer Relations to define and lead how developers discover, understand, and adopt KeewanoDB.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will own DevRel end-to-end—setting direction, building the function, and scaling developer adoption globally.

This is not traditional marketing. The focus is on technical credibility, community, and adoption at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the DevRel strategy at Keewano

• Drive global adoption of KeewanoDB among AI and data developers

• Build and scale a developer community around KeewanoDB

• Create and guide high-quality technical content and narratives

• Oversee development of demos, examples, and reference architectures

• Represent Keewano publicly at conferences, events, and online

• Build and mentor the DevRel team (Developer Advocates / Founding DevRels)

• Establish feedback loops between developers and product/engineering

• Partner with product and engineering to improve developer experience

• Track and improve developer adoption, engagement, and ecosystem growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical background (backend, data, or infrastructure engineering)

• Deep understanding of databases, distributed systems, or data platforms

• Experience leading or scaling DevRel, Developer Advocacy, or similar functions

• Experience engaging with developer communities and ecosystems

• Strong technical communication skills (writing, speaking, teaching)

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.)

• Background in AI infrastructure, ML systems, or data platforms

• Open-source contributions or strong public technical presence

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
