About the Role
As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy through strategic alliances, cloud providers and channel partnerships. This role combines business development expertise with cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product, R&D, and sales teams to ensure success. The role requires a deep understanding of our products, the ability to communicate their value effectively, and a commitment to relationship building and customer’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Alliances
- Lead and manage the partnerships with AWS, with a focus on the SageMaker opportunity
- Initiate and enhance presence and integrations with AWS and other cloud platforms
- Channel & Partner Management
- Develop and execute a channel strategy to expand our partner network.
- Cultivate strong relationships with resellers, systems integrators, and other key partners to drive mutual success.
- Business Development and Strategic Collaborations
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Be up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Ability to engage in technical discussions with AI & LLM practitioners.
- Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with product roadmaps and sales objectives.
- Provide partner feedback to influence product development and market positioning.
Qualifications
- Either a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline such as Computer Science, or experience working closely with or selling to developers/AI practitioners
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
- Proven experience in a partnerships, business development, or alliances role, ideally within the cloud ecosystem.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Technological proficiency (CRM software, ACE, Google Suite, etc.)
- Willingness to work US hours and to travel as needed.
