We are currently seeking a creative and collaborative backend developer who is eager to learn and contribute to our fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• It will be your primary responsibility to design, build, and test cloud native microservices written in Go
• You will work closely with the rest of the Blink Backend team to build and maintain the platform's core workflow engine
• You'll be responsible for developing enterprise-level applications and services for Blink
• Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
• Work closely with other teams, including sales and customer success, to deliver the best value to customers

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software development experience (Golang experience is a plus)
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience working on customer-facing production environments
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, databases and cloud infrastructure such as Postgres/Cassandra/Redis
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as NATS/Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
