Senior Product Manager - Security Solutions
Blink
Description
About us
At BlinkOps, we are building the next generation of security automation through our Agentic security platform. Our mission is to help security teams operate faster, smarter, and at scale.
As the industry’s only Agentic Security Automation Platform, Blink enables you to automate all aspects of your security operations by combining AI security agents with deterministic workflows. Retain full control as you deploy your own custom army of virtual security employees - each tasked and responsible for managing specific jobs and capable of taking autonomous decisions. These AI agents leverage the deterministic security workflows assigned to them or by calling upon peer agents as required. Blink empowers security teams to rapidly operationalize response to zero-day and emerging threats by automating detection ingestion, cross-environment hunting, containment, and coordination with human stakeholders.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Security Product Manager to help transform real-world customer implementations into scalable product solutions.
This is a strategic product role focused on turning custom-built solutions into robust, reusable product solutions on top of the Blink platform. You will work closely with our Solutions Engineering, Product, R&D, and GTM teams to ensure that customer deployments evolve into structured, scalable product solutions.
This role requires strong technical depth, security expertise, and the ability to bridge customer needs with long-term product strategy.

- Bridge Solutions and Product – Work closely with Solutions Engineers to translate real-world deployments into product requirements and reusable architecture.
- Drive end-to-end product development – Lead initiatives from discovery through design, development, release, and maintenance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with R&D, Solutions, Customer Success, and GTM teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
- Understand customer environments – Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand security architectures, workflows, and operational needs.
- Develop GTM enablement – Create product messaging, solution documentation, and sales enablement materials.
- Own product specifications – Write clear technical and product requirements to guide engineering and ensure quality implementation.
Requirements

- Strong familiarity with security architectures and technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, CSPM.
- Experience working with automation platforms, workflow engines, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong ability to design and work with AI agents, including prompt engineering and agent skills, and to build solutions that combine AI reasoning with deterministic automation logic.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Solutions, Engineering, Product, and GTM teams.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Experience writing technical specifications, product documentation, and requirements.
