Blink Ops is looking for a QA engineer that is passionate about ensuring industry-leading quality standards.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining the quality of a complex, technically rich platform that includes a significant UI surface area. Your work will involve close collaboration with engineering and product teams, as well as authoring test scenarios using Blink’s own workflow automation system.

We believe QA should be a part of the entire development process, therefore in this role you will:

• Plan, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test coverage for new and existing features
• Write and manage test workflows using the Blink platform to simulate real user scenarios
• Contribute to automation efforts, including browser-based testing using tools like Playwright
• Help define and monitor product performance benchmarks at scale
• Drive quality efforts across functionality, usability, performance, and scale
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams early in the development process to shape testable, high-quality solutions

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong foundation in manual testing
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple testing environments in parallel
• Experience with testing complex platforms and modern web applications
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Familiarity with QA tooling and automation fundamentals
• Familiarity with tools such as Playwright, Python, or Go
