As part of our growth, we're expanding our Revenue Operations team to include a Business Applications Lead who will own, scale, and continuously improve our GTM tech stack and process implementation and optimization.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Applications Lead with a strong Salesforce Admin background and a passion for building and optimizing business systems, processes, and automation. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, systems-minded, and ready to take end-to-end ownership of our core applications that power Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Your responsibilities
- Own and administer Salesforce as the single source of truth CRM of record for GTM teams – ensure stability, uptime, and usability.
- Manage the integrations and configuration of connected tools (e.g., HubSpot,ZoomInfo, MixMax, Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Intercom, Workato).
- Lead the implementation of new tools and optimize existing workflows and automation across teams.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions, Product and Finance to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation flows to support day-to-day operations and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and hygiene across systems.
- Document architecture, processes, automation, and configuration changes with clarity and structure.
- Provide user support and training to drive tool adoption and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud) in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and permission sets.
- Experience managing a modern GTM tech stack – integrations, APIs, and user management.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and proactively identify process improvements.
- Comfortable gathering requirements and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
