About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at Blink. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. You will be a key player in our sales team, working closely with account executives, marketing, and product teams to identify and nurture new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients and generate leads by leveraging various channels, including cold calling, email personalization, social media, and industry events.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities. Qualify leads based on ICP definition and qualification criteria and book meetings with account executives for further development.
  • Track interactions and communications with target accounts in the CRM and ensure accurate and up-to-date records of activities and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to continuously improving our sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the security sector. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition and messaging.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS company, preferably within the security industry. Proven track record of success in a similar BDR or sales role.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Understanding of the security landscape, including key challenges and solutions relevant to our target market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MixMax, Zoominfo, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work with the US market.
