What will you be doing?

As a key part of Aligned’s product team, you will play a central role in shaping our product roadmap with data-backed insights.

  • Analyzing product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends to uncover insights that drive growth and innovation.
  • Defining and monitoring key product metrics to assess performance and identify anomalies or opportunities.
  • Leveraging tools like SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to understand user journeys and pain points.
  • Translating data into clear recommendations and building dashboards and reports to communicate these effectively.
  • Designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Conducting competitive and industry analyses to benchmark trends and identify areas for differentiation.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, ideally in a B2C or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of user behavior analysis, retention metrics, funnel conversion, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages (a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English.
