About the Role

As a Head of Product Growth, you will take charge of crafting and optimizing the user journey to drive customer activation, adoption and conversion. This role is all about moving users through a strategic funnel—from the initial product signup to becoming loyal customers. You’ll plan initiatives that turn a free user into an activated one, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Your work will directly impact how users experience Aligned’s PLG funnel. This is a role for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, understands B2B PLG user behavior, and is passionate about creating meaningful user experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of product growth and retention strategies.
  • Design and manage multi-channel communication, including in-product messaging, product emails to achieve KPIs.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Represent the user’s voice, ensuring our products and messaging reflect their needs and expectations.
  • Use data insights and A/B testing to optimize the user journey and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Product, Performance, Customer Support, R&D, Design and Content to ensure a unified strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product growth within a global B2C/ B2B PLG company.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies across diverse channels.
  • A data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, A/B testing, and BI tools (Mixpanel, Tableau)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience optimizing user funnels and driving engagement through innovative campaigns.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for user-centric product marketing and a desire to make an impact in the sales tech space.
